HOW TO KNOW COUNTERFEIT - GENUINE GOODS
To be sure for the goods we buy are genuine we should buy from the seller who have Authorization Letter from
the manufacturer and require the seller to supply the following documents :
- Certificate of Origin : to be issued by The Chamber Of Commerce of the exporting country
- Certificate of quality : to be issued by the supplier
- The Customs Declaration Form for imported goods
For more sure you should fax the CO and CQ to the exporter on the Customs Declaration Form to ask
if the CO - CQ are theirs

HOW TO DO FOR RIGHT CHOSE OF GOODS in compliance with safety standards
Each country has it's own safety standards - There are 2 systems about safety standards which are
popular and trusted by the whole world are : European standard (EN) and America standard (ANSI- NIOSH)
Most of safety standards of Viet Nam are similar to the European Standads

Buyer should ask seller to sypply the EN standard or ANSI/NIOSH approval for that PPE by a third party
Ex : For safety glass : You should ask for certificate of European standard EN 166 or ANSI Z87.1 approval by USA
